It has come to our attention that a member of the JMB Family has died away, and those present today are mourning this loss. DJ Hitchner of Bridgeton, New Jersey, passed away unexpectedly. He left New Jersey in grief. DJ Hitchner was 27 years old. He was said to have been involved in a vehicular accident.

Who was DJ Hitchner Bridgeton, NJ?

According to John Mountain Band, D.J. is the 27-year-old son of their long-time friend and JMB Family member, Doug Hitchner. D.J. is a husband and father to a beautiful little girl, a Welder and a Fabricator. He has a solid and cherished bond with his daughters.

Many of his friends and family members shared tributes on various platforms on social media.

“A lot of people are wondering. We have services for my brother but have yet to determine a definite date. It will be later, toward the end of next week. Once we know the dates, everyone will be informed. The brother of DJ Hitchner posts on social media – Kristen Hitchner.

Another one of his friends, Dwayne Johnson, posted: “As I got ready for bed last night, reality sank in. I couldn’t believe the news I heard yesterday. I wish that he saw himself how we did—always laughing, always joking when we were around. I would do anything for you. He became a little brother to me—a brother to my sisters. I always respected and loved him for that. He would always be advising them as I would give to him. I was proud of him. He was finding his way through life. I was proud of the father he was learning to be, and I told him every time we talked. DJ, you will be missed, my boy. RIP.”

Eric Franklin, one of DJ Hitchner’s friends, said, “To the man that taught me a lot of things at the end of the day……. rest easy, brotha D.J. Hitchner, give my pops a hug for me. “
